Post Hike Happy Hour(s)

Enjoy Food and Drinks in Downtown Concord

Where can you find Mount Diablo’s best post-hike Happy Hour? Todos Santos Plaza in the heart of downtown Concord has 2.5 acres of gorgeous green park with picnic tables, benches, and a medley of trees—along with surrounding restaurants offering al fresco dining, plus coffee shops, and other stores.

Named one of three Great Places in California by the American Planning Association, Todos is a great go-to for food and drinks after a classic hike or waterside bike ride. Dine at one of the restaurants, or kick back with a picnic on its spacious green lawn.

Two of Concord’s Craft Beer Trail alehouses are at Todos, and both have food and patios: the Hop Grenade Taproom & Bottleshop and E.J. Phair Brewing Company.

The Beer Trail features four alehouses: Concord Taphouse (bike here), the Hop Grenade Taproom & Bottleshop, E.J. Phair Brewing Company, and Epidemic Ales Taproom and Brewery. Get a Beer Trail Passport and check them off in pursuit of the grand prize for completing the trail. Bottoms up!

No dogs inside the green space at Todos Santos Plaza, but many of the surrounding restaurant patios are dog-friendly!
